Microsoft wins telecom business in IPTV


Microsoft is beginning to make progress in its long-standing -- and long-failing -- move into television technology. Companies such as BellSouth, SBC Communications and now Verizon have agreed to use Microsoft technology to deliver programming in their upcoming services.
