Ebbers' lawyers urge new trial; say judge erred

Lawyers for former WorldCom chief Bernard Ebbers are seeking a new trial for their client, arguing that Judge Barbara Jones erred when she told jurors they could convict Ebbers if they found him guilty of missing fraud because he "consciously avoided" asking questions.
