AT&T to serve up TV channels on PCs, mobile phones

Analysts say Motorola won't rebound soon

France Telecom backs national fiber-optics network in Slovakia

Linksys goes after more small business

FCC changes rules for wireless Internet
The FCC approved new rules that now classify wireless broadband as an information service.
