• Judge orders permanent Vonage injunction
  A federal judge granted Verizon Communications' request for a permanent injunction against Vonage Holdings. The injunction, however, will be delayed at least two weeks while Vonage's request for an extended stay is taken under advisement. • Openwave names new chief, mulls possible sale

• CBS expands mobile reach with Sprint

• InterDigital files Samsung complain with ITC
  InterDigital Communications has filed patent-infringement claims against Samsung Electronics Co. with the U.S. International Trade Commission, alleging unfair trade practices. • McDonald's is Lovin' new media
  In her 18 months as McDonald's global marketing chief, Mary Dillon has added a whole new range of items to the fast-food giant's marketing menu, including YouTube, webisodes, podcasts and cell-phone text messaging (in Japan).
