- Nortel delays annual report
Nortel announced it would have to restate results from 2004, 2005 and the first nine months of 2006 to rectify mistakes made by an outside actuary firm and to correct income-reporting mistakes. The company expects restatement to increase revenue for the 2006 quarters. NYTimes.com

- FCC issues ruling on Internet calling
