Former WorldCom executives settle lawsuits for $55.25 million
Eleven former WorldCom executives on Friday agreed to pay $20.2 million out of their own pockets to settle claims related to accounting fraud that led to the company's bankruptcy. PHS phones for the masses

FCC poised to rule on "naked" DSL
The FCC is expected to suspend regulations in California, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky and Louisiana requiring BellSouth to sell DSL separately from its local phone service.
