Ken Mehlman, a former chairman of the Republican National Committee, has revealed he's gay. Mehlman, who managed the Bush-Cheney campaign in 2004, said he regretted not being able to speak out against a strategy that encouraged states to push anti-gay marriage ballot initiatives as a method of driving voter turnout.
