Rep. Barton urges Telecom Act update
Rep. Joe Barton, R-Texas, yesterday said the Telecommunications Act of 1996 needs an update. "We're in an era where you have to re-think the old rules," Barton said. "I believe the best thing to do is just start from scratch."
