Survey: Consumers show little interest in VoIP
Only 13% of consumers are interested or very interested in using VoIP, and just 43% have heard of the technology, according to a new survey by Forrester. The survey also found that consumers want to see $15 or more in cost savings over their current calling plans before the switch to VoIP.
