Time Warner in $510 million settlement with federal regulators

Time Warner has reached an agreement with federal regulators over accounting at its America Online unit. Time Warner will pay $510 million to settle criminal and civil securities-fraud charges and end investigations by the Department of Justice and the Securities and Exchange Commission.
