Qwest mulls another bid for MCI
Qwest Communications is preparing to make another offer for MCI, despite the fact that MCI has agreed to a deal with Verizon Communications. Qwest may choose to raise its current $8.3 billion bid, or it could sweeten the pot in other ways.
