China clears Corning of dumping charges
Corning said it has received notice from the Chinese government that it did not dump its standard single-mode optical fiber into the Chinese market at an unfairly low price. The company also said dumping margins -- duties imposed by China to reduce the risk of foreign companies undercutting Chinese companies -- were eliminated
