FCC seeks "parity" in broadband regulation
FCC Chairman Kevin Martin says the agency will push to level the broadband playing field between cable and telcos following the U.S. Supreme Court's Brand X ruling. "We'll need to move quickly to establish regulatory parity between telephone companies and cable companies that are providing a broadband service," Martin said.
