The Washington Post's Leslie Walker wonders if there is an audience for Web-only television. The launch of sites such as Open Media Network, a non-profit site that allows amateurs and professionals alike to host and distribute video, could result in a marketplace that is too haphazard to lure audiences on a consistent basis.
