Comcast's Internet service experiences technical problems
Comcast confirmed that its high-speed Internet access service has been experiencing problems this week, saying connections have been slow or nonexistent for three to five hours in the early evening. "We have been spending a lot of time upgrading our network, with new speeds and a host of new features. In the process, we encountered some intermittent issues with our DNS (domain name server) system," Comcast said in a written statement.
