Verizon sets fiber rollout in Comcast's back yard
Verizon Communications said it is preparing to begin its fiber rollout in 24 New Jersey communities including two close to Comcast's Philadelphia home. The company said it's aiming to deploy high-speed Internet service via the new lines to 100,000 households in 10 counties by the end of 2005.
