Yahoo! expands mobile offering
Internet portal Yahoo! expanded the reach of its mobile services by signing a deal with Nextel to provide WAP access to wireless subscribers. Now users of Nextel, Sprint, Verizon, Cingular and T-Mobile will be able to access Yahoo! instant messaging, e-mail and local directory services through their mobile phones.
