Qwest gears up for residential VoIP launch
Qwest Communications will face some stiff competition from other telcos, cable operators and pure-play VoIP providers when it launches its own residential VoIP service this year. The company had planned to launch the service in late 2004 but decided to delay until early this year because it wanted to ensure the product was ready for market.
