MCI, UNH team up on IPv6 project
MCI and the University of New Hampshire InterOperability Laboratory have teamed up to bring the North American IPv6 Task Force's Moonv6 next-generation Internet network online. IPv6 designed to replace IPv4, the current standard, is expected to address issues related to exhaust from wireless IP and home-networking technologies, as well as inefficient network routing and network auto-configuration.
