Seven to buy SIS
Seven Networks, a push wireless e-mail provider, is poised to buy Smartner Information Systems, a move that will help Seven expand its services to new markets. Seven may also be looking to stake its claim in the wireless e-mail market as Microsoft pushes further into the space, a Yankee Group Research analyst says.
