MCI seen as acquisition target

With AT&T probably going to SBC Communications, analysts are turning their attention to MCI, which has been mentioned as a possible takeover target for Verizon Communications, BellSouth and Qwest. MCI is sitting on a pile of cash, and although it may not be as valuable as AT&T, it would be a nice catch, analysts say.
