SEC filing details severance package for AT&T's Dorman
AT&T CEO David Dorman would receive a severance package worth slightly north of $32 million if he leaves SBC Communications within six months after the companies merge, according to an SEC filing. Dorman hasn't commented on his plans, although a spokesman said Dorman was "enthused about going to a new company and serving as president."
