BenQ gets control of Siemens' mobile phone unit
Siemens said it is ceding control of its mobile phone business to Taiwanese handset maker BenQ. Under the deal, BenQ will be allowed to use Siemens name for five years, an arrangement that should boost BenQ's profile.
