Bush signs law calling for prison terms for illegal file-swappers
President George W. Bush signed the Family Entertainment and Copyright Act into law yesterday as the administration steps up its battle against intellectual-property theft. People caught with an illegal copy of a movie on their computers could be subject to prison terms and fines.
