International Dairy Show offers premium services to exhibitors

Exhibitors at the 2010 International Dairy Show can generate more preshow excitement around their booths by upgrading their listings on the show Web site, dairyshow.com. With a silver or gold upgrade, exhibitors will be able to upload press releases, post product information with images and take advantage of an expanded print listing in the show's Program & Exhibit Guide. The 2010 International Dairy Show, presented by IDFA, will be held Sept. 13 to 15 at the Dallas Convention Center.

Webcast to highlight ENERGY STAR® benefits for processors

IDFA and the Environmental Protection Agency will present a joint webcast to introduce members to EPA's ENERGY STAR® program at 3 p.m. EDT March 15. According to the Memorandum of Understanding signed last month, IDFA and EPA will provide management tools to help processors measure and control energy in their facilities and document energy savings. Submit topics for International Dairy Show by Friday

IDFA is creating educational programming for the International Dairy Show, which will be held Sept. 13 to 15 at the Dallas Convention Center. This inaugural event will offer four educational tracks, three general sessions and a range of breakout sessions. IDFA invites professionals in the food and beverage industry and interested academics to submit suggestions for topics and speakers by Friday. Selections will be announced in April.
