Stanley Black & Decker to close Tennessee plant, cut 80 jobs

Stanley Black & Decker will close its Jackson, Tenn., distribution facility by April 1, eliminating 80 jobs. Company officials cited decreased demand as the reason for the closure and said layoffs will begin in October.
